• You may share links to GameParty pages provided you do not misrepresent ownership or sponsorship.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code, interfere with site infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Circumvent geographic restrictions, DRM, or third-party monetization flows.
• Misuse reporting or feedback tools to harass creators or staff.

4. Third-Party Content

Games embedded on GameParty remain the property of their respective creators. Each game may include additional terms, privacy notices, or in-game purchases governed by the partner studio.

5. Intellectual Property

• Site branding, layout, and original assets are owned by GameParty.
• Developers retain full ownership of their games and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, promote, and stream them within the portal.

6. Disclaimers

• We are not liable for downtime, loss of progress, or damages resulting from third-party embeds.
• Availability of titles may change without notice as contracts renew or expire.

7. Termination
